The Genius of the Founders

***It occurs to me that even though it's disheartening that Hillary Clinton and the Democrats used thoroughly dishonest tactics and had the media's help in trying to sway the outcome of a U.S. Election, the system our genius Founders set up worked, and the will of the people won anyway. The Left has been trying since the inauguration to overturn the results of a free and fair election but have failed at every turn, again due to the foresight and wisdom of the Founding Fathers. I am very grateful for that.

***This is a worthy cause: The Yellow Fund Ribbon helps wounded warriors and their families recover after tragedy.

A non-profit founded in 2005 called The Yellow Ribbon Fund is an organization that aids wounded warriors and ill service members recovering at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Virginia. The organization offers lodging and transportation for family, events on-base and off to help handle the stress and anxiety that come along with emergency financial help, plus mentoring for success in post-military life.

The owner has the right to put whatever sign he wants in his window. Apparently, though, if you aren't in line with what the Left thinks, your rights go out the window, at least in their minds.

***The SpaceX launch was successful!

SpaceX successfully launched its Falcon Heavy rocket on its maiden mission Tuesday afternoon. Made up of three side-by-side Falcon 9 first stages and an upper stage carrying a cherry red Tesla Roadster, the Falcon Heavy generates 4.7 million pounds of thrust at launch, more powerful than any other rocket in current use.
The rocket lifted off at 3:45 p.m. EST from Kennedy Space Center's historic launch pad 39A. The launch, originally scheduled for 1:30 p.m., was delayed for several hours due to wind conditions.

***Happy 107th birthday to my all time favorite President, Ronald Reagan!

It’s the 107th birthday of Ronald Reagan, and since he was one of the most widely recognized world leaders, it’s not hard to find some interesting facts about the 40th president.
Ronald Wilson Reagan was born on February 6, 1911 in Tampico, Illinois. Reagan had a long career as an actor and union leader before he became the governor of California in the 1960s and won presidential elections in 1980 and 1984.

***"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We'll preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we'll sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness." ~~ Ronald Reagan
